Schedule your pick up choosing one of the 3 options available:

Pick ups are available from Monday to Saturday

STEP 2

Pick Up

We'll pick up your bag at the date you've selected.

Place the items on the labeled bag. If it's your first time, use a regular bag and once we deliver your order we will provide one of our labeled bags for your next order.

Separate your items by type of service: wash & fold, Dry-clean & Laundry, Household, etc.

Our driver will pick up your garment at the date you've selected. You will received a texte message when the driver is near by.

STEP 3

getQlean

Every item on your bag will be inspected and separate by the service needed.

We'll generate an invoice with all the items on your bag.

You can check the status of your order anytime using our app.

Your items will be processed by following the guidelines and label instructions.

STEP 4

Deliver

Your garment is now ready for being delivered to your door.

Orders will be ready for delivery the next 3 business day prior to the pick up date.

Once the driver is out for delivery you'll received a text menssage notify the status of your delivery.
